- This diner is the closest to Saturn Cafe that I have found in Baltimore.
The menu offers breakfast all night long, avacado and hummus, and has great bread pudding.
- Tamber's Nifty Fifties Dining 3327 St. Paul St.
- Naan, milkshakes and masala. Interesting mix of standard diner food with indian cuisine.
Shopping
- Wavery Farmers Market 32nd and Barclay, Saturday, 7am-noon
- Mmm... fresh vegetables and bread. The market is year round, although
far more vibrant in the summer.
My favorite vendors are the South Mountain Creamery for milk, Curry Shack, and One Straw Farm, the only organic farm.
- Baltimore Village Natural Foods Cooperative 2429 Saint Paul St.
- New food co-op, has potential, but is currently just getting up
and running.
